Processing Time : All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping – 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping – 1–2 business days
International shipping 7-14 days and International shipping times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Duties & Taxes For international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue promptly.
