Processing Time : All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:

- Express Shipping – 1–2 business days
- Worldwide - 14-21 Business days
International shipping times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Gift Orders: As we specialise in gift-ready jewellery and accessories, all orders are carefully packaged. If you'd like a personalised gift message included, please add it at checkout.
